These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Schnapsen 66 mobile game (Android package and iOS bundle com.sevenminutes.schnapsen, the "App"), operated by 7 Minutes Games ("we", "us"). By creating an account, signing in, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The service
Schnapsen 66 is a free card game with offline play against AI and online 1-on-1 multiplayer, including friend lists, game invitations and an in-game table chat. We may update, change or discontinue features at any time.
2. Accounts
- You need an account (email/password, Google or Apple sign-in) for online play.
- You are responsible for the activity on your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in the App (Account → Delete Account); deletion removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. User content and conduct — zero tolerance
The App lets you publish limited content visible to other players: your display name, username, and messages in the table chat. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. This includes, without limitation: harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, spam, impersonation, and any illegal content.
- Reporting: long-press any chat message to report it. Reports are reviewed and acted upon promptly, including content removal and account termination of offenders.
- Blocking: long-press a message to block its author — you will no longer see their messages, and the friendship (if any) is removed. Blocked users can be managed under Friends → Blocked Players.
- We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
4. Fair play
Cheating, exploiting bugs, automating gameplay, or interfering with the service or other players' experience is prohibited and may result in account termination.
5. Intellectual property
The App, its artwork, names and logos are owned by 7 Minutes Games. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for private, non-commercial entertainment.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
